With Scheduling Pro/ServiceTitan’s Reserve with Google Booking Integration, you have even more ways to help your customers easily book with you. This integration allows customers searching for your business through organic searches or Google Maps to quickly book online with your customized widget, accessible by a “Book Online” button below your Google Business Profile. Setting up this integration is as easy as providing your Google Business Profile info on the Schedule Engine Dashboard and opting in to use the integration.

How to Set up the Reserve with Google Booking Integration

From your SE Dashboard, you can set up the integration by going to Settings>Reserve with Google.

On the Reserve with Google integration page, you will be able to add any Google Business Profile for which you would like to enable your booking widget by using the “Add a Location” button. In the event that you already have Google Local Services integration configured in your ServiceTitan account, you will see all of your matched Google Business Profiles pre-populated on this page, but can provide additional locations as well.

If you don't have a Google Business Profile, you can get started by following this webpage in order to create, claim, and verify your profile: https://www.google.com/business/

When you have added all of your Google Business Profiles, you can select the “Enable Booking on Google” button and read/agree to the Terms and Conditions provided. If you would like to return to the main page at any time, you can select “Cancel” or close the window. In order to proceed with enabling the integration, you must agree to the Terms and Conditions by using the checkbox before selecting “Continue”.

Once this step has been completed, you have successfully enabled the Reserve with Google integration! Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the integration to activate. Once active, you should see the “Book Online” button appear on your Google Business Profile for both searches and on Google Maps. Clicking this “Book Online” link will take your customers to a landing page where your scheduling widget will appear: 

In the event that you are having issues with the integration activating on your Google Business Profile, you may return to the Reserve with Google page in your SE Dashboard to review your information and make any adjustments for errors and re-submit.
