If you want to track a certain technician’s link usage, here are the steps to follow:

1. Create a campaign in ServiceTitan for that technician

   • Example: ServiceTitan Campaign = johndoe

   • Please remove spaces, and standardize using only lowercase letters to remove errors.

2. Create a link for that technician to use, with that campaign attribution information included:

   • Example: company.com/?se_campaign=johndoe

When this link is used to book a job, the job will be attributed to the campaign in ServiceTitan called “johndoe”. 

Adding Direct to Scheduler Code

You can also insert an ST campaign into the direct link url so that it autoloads the scheduler and the ST campaign is included in the job.
