A: Today, Schedule Engine announced that it is joining the ServiceTitan family of companies. By joining forces with ServiceTitan we strengthen our commitment to you to deliver the best and most powerful scheduling tools in the trades industry. 


Schedule Engine will retain its contractor-first vision and will remain focused on providing streamlined booking solutions to support all customers, partners, and members of the trades community. 



Q: What is ServiceTitan?


A: ServiceTitan is a leading software provider for the trades. The company's end-to-end software suite includes CRM, intelligent dispatch, custom reporting, marketing automation, a mobile solution for field techs, and accounting, payments, and financing integrations.



Q: What does this mean for my business?  


A: After the closing, our alignment as a ServiceTitan company will enable us to accelerate investment in serving you better. We will be joining ServiceTitan once we close the transaction, but we will continue to operate as Schedule Engine. There is no planned interruption to your account. We will continue to serve and support all our customers and partners and keep developing the most advanced solutions so contractors never miss a job!



Q: If I’m a ServiceTitan user, will there be any interruption to my Schedule Engine service?


A: No. There will be no interruption to your Schedule Engine service. Long-term, Schedule Engine will have opportunities to integrate with ServiceTitan’s premier Pro Products such as Marketing Pro and Payroll Pro that our customers can leverage to streamline and grow their business.  



Q: If I’m not a ServiceTitan user, will there be any interruption to my Schedule Engine service?


A: No. We will continue supporting our existing integrations and providing service to all of our customers. You will continue to be able to use the field service management systems, tools, and integrations of your choice and we will continue to partner with industry leaders to simplify the booking experience and optimize the value of your Schedule Engine jobs.


We recommend you contact your representative at your field service management system with any questions about their ongoing support of this integration. 



Q: Will I need a new Schedule Engine agreement?


A: As we adapt our policies to adhere to those of ServiceTitan, our account team may contact you to adjust your agreement. We will reach out to you if this is required. 



Q: Will my Schedule Engine subscription price change?


A: This will have no immediate impact on your Schedule Engine fees. As our product evolves, our pricing may change to support enhanced features and functionality regardless of partnerships. 



Q: How will ServiceTitan support Schedule Engine’s product roadmap?


A: ServiceTitan is committed to Schedule Engine’s roadmap and vision. As part of ServiceTitan, Schedule Engine will continue to work on product commitments and planned roadmap items to ensure the continued growth of our customers, now with even more resources, and to help us deliver quickly. 



Q: Will my primary Schedule Engine point of contact change?


A: Our account management teams may adjust, but you will continue to be supported in your usage of all Schedule Engine products and services. We’re excited that this new partnership will allow us to continue growing and expanding our client-facing teams to serve you better than ever.

A: As a part of ServiceTitan, Schedule Engine will be positioned to accelerate and extend its mission to help contractors deliver a modern and convenient customer experience.  Schedule Engine will retain its contractor-first vision and remain focused on providing solutions for all trades businesses.
